JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the informant as also the State. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 93 of 2017 registered under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the cheques in question were not issued by this petitioner and even the agreement which is said to have been executed has not been signed by her.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that by the supplementary affidavit the petitioner has stated about one case against her, therefore, she has got criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances, where the

No.4421 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 petitioner has not issued the cheques in question and has not signed the agreement I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on her furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 93 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
