At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the District Magistrate, Saharsa has passed the final order dated 14.11.2023 in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 12.12.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No.1385 of 2022, however, it has been stated therein that the outstanding amount of pension for the period July, 2013 to 21.02.2021 is to be given by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and therefore, the matter is required to be agitated before the said authority. In such view of the matter, liberty is sought for on behalf of the petitioner to agitate the matter before the competent authority of Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Liberty so sought is granted.
