Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to SC-23 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State University Service Commission, Shri. Tuhin Shankar.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Commission, at the outset, submits that result has been published and appointments have been made and in the event if the writ application is allowed, in that event, a candidate, who has been appointed in the category of petitioner, shall be ousted. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not even impleaded

At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to file afresh with proper pleadings and necessary parties. 4.
