Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 341, 323, 332, 337, 338, 295, 295A, 153A, 307, 435, 436, 427, 504, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioners were identified as members of one of the community which scuffled with another community, just to create communal disharmony and social unrest. Further, allegation is that they committed mischief by fire and obstructed in discharge of official duty by the police party. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12619 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Phulwari Sharif Police Station Case No. 772 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
