The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 266 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that there is inordinate delay of two months in lodging FIR without plausible explanation and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Case No.266 of 2019.
