JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 This application is filed for modification of the order dated 04.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36238 of 2019 by which petitioner was allowed regular bail. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the cause title of bail application, inadvertently, the address of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as "Resident of Village-Kalahata, P.S. Meerganj, District-Gopalganj" in place of "Resident of Village-Balahata, P.S. Uchkagaon, District - Gopalganj."

In such view of the matter, in the cause title of the order dated 04.09.2019, let the reference, "Resident of VillageKalahata, P.S. Meerganj, District-Gopalganj" be corrected to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70462 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 read as "Resident of Village-Balahata, P.S. Uchkagaon, District - Gopalganj."

Accordingly, the order dated 04.09.2019 stands modified to the extent above. The modification application is disposed of.
