2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 20.09.2022 passed in Bail Application No. 534 of 2022, arising out of Parbatta P.S. Case No. 67 of 2022 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge 4th, Naugachia.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
