2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order has been passed by the District Magistrate, Bhojpur and process of execution has also been initiated, but with regard to the measurement of the land, he has certain dispute. Therefore, he submits that a direction may be given to the respondent authority to provide a map so that for any further cause of action, the petitioner may pursue before appropriate forum.

3. Counsel for the State on the other hand submits that the order has been complied in its true spirit and if petitioner has any grievance with regard to measurement of land, he has to sue before the separate forum by virtue of payment of cost before the said authority in accordance with law.

4. In this view of the matter, the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped and the present MJC application is hereby dismissed with liberty granting to the petitioner that he may avail further remedy before appropriate forum upon payment of the appropriate cost.
