The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 286 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.08.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
