2. Writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation dated 08.06.2024 as contained in annexure- 3 of this writ application by which it was requested from them to declare Rajkiya Yugal Sah Janjati Balika Uchch Vidhalay Harnatand, West Champaran

Patna High Court CWJC No.17705 of 2024(2) dt.25-11-2024 2/2 as +2 Government School and absorb the services of the present petitioners as government Teachers in Science, Arts and Commerce Class + 2 stream in the light of letter no.-218 dated 19.10.2016 as contained in annexure-2 of this writ application issued under the signature of the respondent authorities clarifying that department Sankalp No.- 908 dated 23.07.2014 speaks about the same.

3. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, let the concerned respondents examine the claim of the petitioners raised in the representation and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
