ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No.411 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly on a petty issue, occurrence took place in which ladies members also participated. It is further submitted that

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B.N. Tripathi, J.M., Masaurhi, in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No.411 of 2019.
