The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was employee of the referred petrol pump where robbery was committed. The petitioner is informant of the case. However, he is under suspicion, during investigation, because the owner reported to the police that the petitioner delayed in informing the occurrence to the owner of the petrol pump.

Considering the fact that only material against the petitioner is suspicion and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16862 of 2018 (3) dt.03-04-2018 P2/ sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No.127 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
