The petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2019 in connection with Ven P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 414, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced on the basis of the disclosure made by the co-accused persons, who were arrested on the spot, but those persons have since been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 26.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39030 of 2019. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not been placed on T.I. Parade till date.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69981 of 2019(2) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Ven P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019.
