2. Mr. Tuhin Shankar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/Bihar State University Service Commission (hereinafter to be referred as the 'Commission')

Patna High Court CWJC No.17021 of 2024(4) dt.20-02-2025 2/2 informs this Court that a due exercise has been undertaken by the Commission at the level of the Chairman himself and it has been found that the grievance of the petitioner is genuine, therefore, he has been noticed to appear before the Board of Interview on 21.02.2025.

3. In view of the above information and the grievance of the petitioner being redressed, the petitioner may appear before the Board of Interview on 21.02.2025.
