Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399,402 of the IPC. The petitioner along with others was apprehended on suspicion that the apprehended persons were planning to commit dacoity.

Submission is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent except three cases lodged on the same day. Nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2017. Investigation of the case is already closed.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22965 of 2018(2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 335 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
