In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhanrua P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 8/20 (a)(i) of the N.D.P.S. Act. The petitioner has taken time to file supplementary affidavit but, today he submits that he could not contact his client and, as such, he is unable to file the same.

As per prosecution case, Ganja plants have been recovered in front of the house of the petitioner. This is not a fit case where this Court can exercise its discretion in favor of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
