The petitioner is accused in connection with Complaint Case No. C2-613 of 2017, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The accusation is that in course of search made by the SSB at Indo-Nepal boarder, the petitioner was found in possession of 150 bottles, each containing 300 ML Nepali Sofi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.10.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7576 of 2018(2) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with C2-613 of 2017 / 980 of 2017.
