Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 143, 341, 323, 504, 436 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. There is admitted land dispute between the parties. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus against all the accused persons. Petitioners are in custody since 31.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68108 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019.
