2. The petitioners are in custody since 07.11.2017 in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 313 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30, 34, 36, 38 of Bihar Excise Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 6 litres, 8 litres and 7 litres of Mahua liquor. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioners rather even according to the F.I.R. the recovery is found behind their respective huts.

4. Be that as it may, having regard to the entirety of

No.6260 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody since 07.11.2017 already suffered, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Siwan, in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 313 of 2017.
