JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Muffasil PS Case No. 514 of 2017 registered under Section 30(A) of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that 60 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the back seat of the car.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not owner of the vehicle, he was standing there to board a public transport and apprehended by the police. The petitioner is in custody since 7.11.2017 and has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Murari Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge 7th -cum- Special Judge (Excise) Begusarai in connection with Muffasil PS Case No. 514 of 2017.
