Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 326(A), 307, 34 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner was granted bail by order dated 16.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61892 of 2021. It appears from the impugned order that the petitioner has concealed his criminal history and obtained order from this Court and after furnishing bail bond he has not submitted the real criminal history and pursuant to the application of the informant, the bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled. It appears that the petitioner has mislead the Court and obtained the bail from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1128 of 2023(2) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 wrong information furnished in the previous bail petition i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 61892 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the bail petition and submits that the petitioner has furnished wrong information before this Court and even in the trial court he has not furnished the real fact. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 334 of 2021 arising out of Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 389 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VII, Gopalganj.

Prayer is refused.
