JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 28-01-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 783C/2018 registered for offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of matrimonial dispute. Vide order dated 27.10.2021, the matter was referred to the District Mediation Centre, Kishanganj. The report of District Mediation Centre is annexed, which is at flag 'K'. From perusal of the report it

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70452 of 2019(11) dt.28-01-2022 2/2 appears that both the parties have compromised the case and the compromise has been signed by the present petitioner and thumb impressioned by the informant identified by their respective lawyers.

Considering the fact that the matter has already been settled amicably, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 783C/2018, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
