JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 30226 of 2017 with a direction to learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of three months and if not concluded petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that till date trial has not commenced and petitioner is in custody since 18.7.2016.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.6358 of 2018 (3) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 satisfaction of Sri A.K.Jain, Sessions Judge, Vaishali, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 135(A) of 2015, arising out of Jandaha P.S.Case No. 43 of 2013, subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) petitioner shall co-operate in disposal of trial and appear before the court as and when required, except on genuine ground, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
