The petitioner has been in custody since 09.09.2017 in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 149/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is motorcycle mechanic and several motorcycles come to him periodically for repairs and, therefore, any recovery from his place cannot be attributed to a motorcycle theft. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no specific allegation of theft of motorcycle of any one. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is a mechanic of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9607 of 2018 (3) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 motorcycles, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 149/2017.
