The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner is the husband of Opposite Party No.2. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. The matter could not be reconciled. Though learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 submits that the Opposite Party No.2 is still ready to live with the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2019.

Considering the fact of this case and future chances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78017 of 2019(4) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 settlement, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No.2445C of 2017, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
