Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner committed assault by means of axe over the head of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties. Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and simple nature of injury, let the above named petitioner in the event of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4814 of 2023(2) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Malaypur P. S. Case No. 74 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
