The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No.455 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 308(3), 109, 303(2), 324(4), 324(5), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted on the head of the victim. The nature of injury is still reserved. 4.

In these circumstances, this bail application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the court below for grant of bail by way of filing an application. If such an application is filed, the court below shall decide the same and pass appropriate order considering the final injury report.
