2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 377, 384 of the I. P . C .

3. As per the prosecution case, on the false pretext of marriage, this petitioner is alleged to have made physical relationship with the informant for two years. It is further alleged that later on he refused to marry with the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Informant is 26 years old and she is major. She is in the habit of filing such false case with a view to extort money from others.

5. Learned counsel for the state opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is a direct and specific allegation against the petitioner is that on the pretext of marriage, he indulged in sexual activity with the informant and he was regularly doing so .

6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
