Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354D, 504, 506, 509 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that though in the FIR the informant has levelled allegation of stalking against the petitioner. However, the photographs of the two enclosed with the bail application would reveal that the matter is of love affairs. Petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19911 of 2018 (2) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sasaram (Darigaon) Police Station Case No. 17 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
