The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment, as Panchayat Teacher, on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner was appointed, as Panchayat Teacher, after investigation of all her educational certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same has been declared as forged and fabricated without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner has already tendered her resignation on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8858 of 2023(4) dt.20-06-2023 2/2 26.04.2023 to the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Raj, Telihar and same has also been accepted by the concerned authority. This fact has been mentioned in supplementary affidavit, filed on behalf of petitioner on 08.05.2023. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
