2. Hard copy of Supplementary Counter Affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.4 and 5 be kept on record.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that pension of the petitioner has already been fixed pursuant to the sanction letter issued by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saraikela, Kharsaman, Jharkhand, however, the petitioner is aggrieved for non fixation

Patna High Court CWJC No.342 of 2023 dt.31-07-2023 2/3 of pension as per the benefit on account of 5th pay revision and his pension is required to be revised accordingly.

4. The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna is directed to make communication with the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saraikela, Kharsaman, Jharkhand (Respondent no.5) physically or by any electronic mode to get the grievance of the petitioner redressed by ensuring with the District Programme Officer (Establishment) Saraikela, Kharsaman, Jharkhand to send the sanction letter to the Accountant General, Bihar so as to ensure the fixation of pension and authority be issued in the name of the petitioner to the Treasury Officer, Patna. The Treasure Officer, Patna must ensure to credit the amount on account of different heads including the pension of the petitioner within a period of three weeks.

Patna High Court CWJC No.342 of 2023 dt.31-07-2023 3/3 paraphernalia for the purpose of fixation of pension. The above exercise must be conducted within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of this order.

5. With the above observations and directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
