JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 04-04-2023 The above public interest litigation is filed raising bald allegations of conspiracy, fraud, illegality and malicious intention, in the appointment of Respondent Nos. 11 and 12 as Aalim and Molvi respectively in Tanzimia Madrasa No. 1050 at Chhaurhi, Babubarhi, DistrictMadhubani; without any substantiation on what count the said allegations can be levelled against said appointments. The petitioner has also produced some representations filed before the official-respondents and seeks consideration of the same.

The petitioner neither speaks of the criterion for appointment nor does he specify how the Respondent Nos. 11 and 12 are unqualified to hold such posts. We are of the definite opinion that there is no public interest involved and the petitioner is attempting to pursue his personal cause.
