Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 20, 21, 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
Submission is that name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Pinku Srivastava @ Prem Prakash who was already allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-3 and in the same confessional statement, name of Munna Kumar Sharma @ Munna Sharma was also disclosed who has also been allowed bail vide Annexure-2. The petitioner was neither arrested at the spot nor anything was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

No.19524 of 2018 (2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tr. No. 26-A/2010 arising out of Bettiah Muffasil Police Station Case No. 26 of 2010, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
