Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 324, 326, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. The petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2014.

Allegation is that alongwith 10-12 persons, the petitioner attacked the house of the informant committed murder of Ramchandra Gond as well as ablaze the house. Earlier, prayer for bail was refused by this Court on 21.03.2017 considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner and the court below was directed to expedite the trial. The report of the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5858 of 2018 (3) dt.11-04-2018 Trial Judge would reveal that even the charges have not been framed up-till-now.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Naurangia Police Station Case No.36 of 1992, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be local residents of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
