The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ petition is being filed on behalf of above named petitioner before this Hon'ble High Court for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or direction / directions, order / orders commanding the respondents to give information demanded under section 6 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 regarding the received funds from the Government in the Manjhauliya Block (West Champaran) in different Schemes under Manjhauliya Panchayat Samiti between the period from 30

Patna High Court CWJC No.200 of 2023(2) dt.04-09-2023 2/2 December 2021 to 7 May 2022 and information regarding the Expenditure and Estimate against different Panchayats and for what selected works.

Information regarding the full details of facts whether the share of funds have been divided equally in all Panchayat or funds has been allotted on the basis of favour of the Block Pramukh of the Panchayat Samiti."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the State Information Commission, Bihar, Patna to prosecute the Second Appeal filed by him before the said Commission. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
