Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of commission of assault with Chaku to the deceased is against co-accused Ashok Shahi, Neranjan Shahi and Rishi Shahi. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and others to have caused injury with Lathi to Pravin Shahi and others. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10256 of 2018 (2) dt.21-02-2018 the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kuchaikot Police Station Case No. 284 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
