The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 766 of 2017 arising out of Pear P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within four years of marriage due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is the Father-in-Law of the deceased and he along with his wife is separate from mess and

Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 02.02.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 60676 of 2017. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.06.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 9th Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 766 of 2017 arising out of Pear P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017.
