The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 71 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273/120(B) of the IPC and Sections 30(a)/32(2)/38/47 of the Bihar Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not named in the FIR, but subsequently, in the confessional statement made before the police, which has no evidentiary value, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on
