The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No.29 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 143, 341, 188 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on receiving secret information about an accident took place in collision with Maruti Suzuki and Motorcycle near Madhubi Hotel at N.H. 57, in which one person died, the informant along with police personnel reached the place of occurrence and saw that 10 persons, named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner and 25-30 unknown persons had blocked N.H. 57 for about four hours and while the informant tried to clear the road, they created nuisance

Submission is that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner. Further submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.09. 2019. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, District-Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No.29 of 2019.
