Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act. The allegation of hurling bomb is against one unknown person.

Submission is that some other persons were also implicating in this case and co-accused Alok Kumar @ Alok Tiwary has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42200 of 2015. Further submission is that there is no other material against the petitioner, save and except the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2017.

No.10751 of 2018 (3) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) Police Station Case No. 282 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
