JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 27-05-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State through virtual court proceeding. In the present case, the petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 501 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 346, 366 (A), 367, 370 (A), 372, 373, 376, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 12, 17 of POCSO Act, 2012 and Sections 75, 81 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

The allegation has been made that the accused persons including the petitioners were involved in flesh trading and from the house of the petitioners, two minor girls have been

No.69795 of 2019(4) dt.27-05-2020 2/2 recovered, however, counsel for the petitioners submits that except the present petitioners, all accused persons have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court and both the petitioners, who are lady, are in judicial custody since 06.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on their personal bonds due to the circumstance of total lock down on account of pandemic Covid-19 to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge (SC/ST/POCSO), Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 501 of 2019 with condition that whenever the police will call the petitioners for the purposes of investigation and interrogation, they will remain present for the investigation. In the event of being absent on two consecutive dates without reasonable explanation, the present order will be treated to have been cancelled.
