2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant's side by means of several weapons due to which they sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.07.2024. The

5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the injury, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 223 of 2022.

7. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) anand/- U T
