Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No.179 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from possession of this petitioner, only four live cartridges were recovered however, the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Chhotu Kumar Singh @ Chhotu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No.179 of 2017, subject to verification of the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. If any criminal antecedent is found against the petitioner, the petitioner shall not be released.
