JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23785 of 2018 arising out of Mehdiganj P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Patna City, Patna.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners were granted bail on 20.04.2018 by a bench of this Court, but could not surrender before the Court below due to unavoidable circumstances within the stipulated time. As such, it is prayed that the time granted to surrender of the petitioners in the Court below be further extended. Considering the reasons as stated in the application and the grounds submitted on behalf the petitioners, this
