2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gautam Budha Nagar P.S. Case No. 560 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) and 61(2) of the B.N.S.,2023.

3. Prior to the present petition, petitioner has preferred Cr. Misc. No. 7671 of 2025 for regular bail which was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.02.2025, in view of specific allegation against the petitioner and corroboration by the postmortem report and petitioner has again moved the present petition after lapse of nine months and there is no new ground in the present petition, except the lapse of 9 months since passing

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not persuaded to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

6. As per learned counsel for the petitioner, only charge has been framed, so petitioner may file a fresh similar application after examination of material prosecution witnesses.

7. Hence, the fresh application may be considered in the light of the prosecution evidence coming on record. (Jitendra Kumar, J.) ravishankar/- U T
