2. Counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, respondent no. 5 is directed to be kept on record.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is entitled for enhanced amount as per Resolution No. 754/755, dated 20.10.2017 and seeks to file detail representation.

Considering the specific submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the representation is directed to be disposed of with a direction to the sanctioning authority as well as the Accountant General, Bihar to reconsider the case of the petitioner, in light of the several Circulars of the State Government with respect to entitlement of the petitioner to receive enhanced gratuity, as has been paid to the other similarly situated employees.

5. If any representation is filed by the petitioner, the same is directed to be disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

6. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
