The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No.171 of 2017, a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that co-accused Bagad Manjhi @ Bangar has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.60941 of 2017. Allegation is similar against the petitioner and based on suspicion. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where
