2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 223 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with coaccused persons came at the house of informant and started assaulting him, his son Akshay Kumar and one Shiv Narayan Kumar, due to which they sustained injury.
4. At the very outset, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Pawan Manjhi against whom there is identical allegation has been granted bail by the co-ordinate
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79224 of 2024(2) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 bench. The petitioner is under custody since 09.08.2024.
5. On the other hand, the learned Counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vth, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 223 of 2022, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
