2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

3. It would appear from the previous order dated 03.07.2025 that the petitioner was ready to make a payment of Rs. 20,000/- which was the cheque amount which had got dishonored.

4. The matter had been adjourned for producing a draft of Rs. 20,000/- in the name of the opposite party no. 2 in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79391 of 2024(6) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 the Court itself. Today, a demand draft bearing D.D. No. 26612 of an amount of Rs. 20,000/- in the name of Byasmuni Sharma (informant) has been produced a copy of which has been kept on record and the original draft has been handed over the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.

5. Considering all the above mentioned facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 2167 of 2008, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C./482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
