This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 360 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding a Bolero pick up van having been apprehended by the police and upon interrogation of the driver of the said vehicle, he could not produce the valid registration papers and on the contrary he is said to have taken the name of the petitioners as the persons who had given the said bolero vehicle to him.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73967 of 2019(2) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that neither the bolero vehicle belongs to the petitioners, nor the same has been recovered from the petitioners. The petitioners are stated to be having fair antecedent except one case in which they are on bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 360 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) mdrashid/- U T
